excellent stay!
super clean room excellent soundproofing helpful staff soy milk
The room was spotlessly clean. soundproofing is excellent. I didn't hear any street noise. the staff speak good english and are helpful. when i asked about soy milk for my morning coffee, it was available throughout my stay. thank you.
the tv had only italian channels. for an international traveller, it could be a bit limiting.

the reception staff was attentive and quick with check-in. luggage assistance was readily available. daily housekeeping maintained a high level of cleanliness throughout my visit. everything was in place.

convenient location comfortable beds really good breakfast malfunctioning air conditioner excessively warm room ineffective cooling
i found the location to be quite convenient (it was easy to get around). the beds felt firm and provided good comfort. the breakfast offered a fantastic selection of items.
the air conditioner in my room did not function, it made the room excessively warm. i notified reception about this issue, they provided a fan as a temporary solution. the lack of effective cooling made sleeping difficult.
